Category:People is a universal tag applied to every person documented on The Vault, regardless of their other classification. Unlike the other primary classifications, it is not exclusive — a person traces up through exactly one of Investigators, Practitioners, or People-as-a-branch (e.g. TV Personalities) for their specific role, and additionally carries this tag simply by virtue of being a person.
This is a deliberate exception to the "trace up through exactly one primary classification" rule that otherwise governs the archive — see TheVault:Classification System for the full rationale.
