Paul Drake is a British psychic medium and paranormal investigator based in Stow, Lincolnshire.[1] He served as resident medium of Spirit Searchers during its active years (2004–2007), and founded his own investigation team, Paranormal Lincs, in 2003.

Paranormal Lincs
Drake founded Paranormal Lincs, a not-for-profit paranormal investigation team based in Lincolnshire, in 2003.[1]
By 2015, the group had grown to thirteen members with a notably varied range of backgrounds, including two world-record-holding deep-sea divers, three mediums, a counsellor and a printer, alongside Drake himself.[1] The group operates on a strictly not-for-profit basis and does not charge for its investigations, a point Drake and the team have repeatedly emphasised as central to their approach.[3]
Paranormal Lincs follows a structured, multi-stage investigation process: an initial visit to assess a reported location before any assumption of paranormal activity is made, a second visit to plan equipment placement, and a third full investigation intended to check earlier findings and rule out conventional explanations wherever possible — with the group only concluding a location is "active" after all three stages.[1]
Lincoln 1000
One of the group's notable projects, "Lincoln 1000," set out to document and update the historical record of paranormal activity across Lincoln and the surrounding area spanning roughly a thousand years.[1] As part of the project, the group identified the Green Dragon pub in Lincoln and the Charles I coffee house in Newark-on-Trent as among the most active locations they had investigated, while keeping the fuller findings of individual client investigations confidential.[1]
