This is a maintenance category, not a content category. It exists to track which Vault articles currently use {{Disambig-note}} — the inline callout used when a subject's name has been reused by, or clashes with, something unrelated (a later group taking over an old domain, an unrelated person sharing a name, and so on).
Pages are added to this category automatically when the {{Disambig-note}} template is transcluded on them. There is no need to add this category manually.
Why this exists
Unlike a proper disambiguation page, {{Disambig-note}} is a lightweight, one-directional note — it doesn't split an ambiguous title into separate articles, it just warns a reader on the correct/primary page that something else out there shares its name. This category makes it possible to:
- Find every page currently carrying one of these notes, in one place.
- Periodically review whether any of them have grown significant enough on their own that they'd be better served by a full disambiguation page instead (see
{{Disambig-note}}'s documentation for when that's the right call). - Catch cases where a note might be out of date — for instance, if the "other" unrelated subject later became notable enough to deserve its own Vault article, the note's wording may need revisiting.
