Paul Humphries

Paul Humphries was a British spiritual medium based in Grimsby, Lincolnshire, known for touring public demonstrations of mediumship and private sittings across Lincolnshire and further afield in the UK.

Career

Humphries described experiencing what he characterised as contact with "the other side" since childhood, and built a reputation over subsequent years touring spiritualist churches and public venues, primarily across Lincolnshire and North East Lincolnshire, including Grimsby, Cleethorpes and Lincoln, with demonstrations also held further afield. Recorded demonstrations include events for Bracebridge Heath Spiritualist Centre and North Lincs Spiritualist Church, among others.

In November 2019, Humphries appeared as a guest on the Weird Wacky Wonderful Stories Podcast, discussing his work as a medium.

Death

Humphries died on 8 May 2026. Following his death, tributes were shared by family and members of the spiritualist and local community he had worked within for many years.
