Template:Translatable
Flags a page as needing translation help. Adds a banner at the top of the page and files it into Pages Needing Translation for tracking. Remove the template once the page has been translated.
Usage:

Place at the very top of the page, above any infobox.
Parameters
- language — optional. Which language it needs translating into
- note — optional. Any extra context. Defaults to a generic message if omitted
