License tag for files under Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0 Unported specifically — distinct from {{Cc-by-sa-4.0}}. These are not interchangeable: a file licensed only under 3.0 is not automatically usable under 4.0's slightly different terms, so use whichever version the actual source states.
Common source for 3.0-licensed files: many older Wikipedia/Wikimedia Commons uploads predate the move to 4.0 and remain under 3.0 only — always check the specific file's own licensing section rather than assuming.
