A small inline marker for your own tracking use while going through the wiki — signals that a page has been checked and is current as of a given date. Not shown to readers as a content judgment (it isn't {{VaultWorkBrief}} or an evidence rating); it's purely a maintenance note for editors.
Formatting note: one continuous line, same rule as every other template on the wiki.

Place wherever's convenient on the page — top, bottom, or next to a specific section you've just checked. It renders inline, not as a block, so it won't disrupt surrounding layout.
Parameters
- date — optional. When the page was last confirmed current. If omitted, shows just the tick with no date in the tooltip either.
