Buckinghamshire

Buckinghamshire is a county in South East England, bordering Oxfordshire, Berkshire, and Hertfordshire. Its dense concentration of country houses, market towns, and Civil War history has produced one of the more extensively documented collections of local ghost stories in the home counties.
