David Wells (born 8 June 1960) is a Scottish medium and astrologer, best known as the main resident medium on Most Haunted following Derek Acorah's departure from the show in 2005.[1]
Early life
Wells was born in the mining village of Kelloholm, Scotland. Before working as a medium, he served in the Royal Navy.[1] He has said he discovered his abilities after suffering from pneumonia, and went on to study astrology and the Qabalah to help "ground" them, later graduating from the Arthur Findlay College, a centre for the study of Spiritualism and psychic development.[2]
