Encounters. Enigmas. Rumours. Ideas. Experiences. A global community built for everything that doesn’t quite add up.
The ghost story a family member swears is true. The light in the sky nobody can explain. The tarot reading that hit a little too close to home. Every one of us has a moment like that — the strange thing we’ve never quite told anyone, or the one we’ve told a hundred times because we still can’t shake it.
The EERIE Files started as exactly that: a place for those moments to actually go. Not a place that demands proof, and not a place that mocks belief — just somewhere built for curiosity, whichever direction you’re coming at it from.
Ghosts and hauntings. UFOs and unexplained sightings. Psychic experiences, tarot, and divination. Parapsychology, cryptids, and the local legends passed down for generations. If it makes you go “wait, what?” — it belongs here.
Believer, skeptic, or just here for the stories — genuinely welcome, no exceptions.
We’re not chasing proof or trying to win arguments. We’re chasing good questions.
Every story here means something to the person who lived it. That’s the one rule that matters most.
The unexplained doesn’t stop at a border, and neither do we.
What began as a Facebook group is growing into something bigger: video investigations of real UK locations and cases, a proper knowledge archive of the strange and unexplained, and a home for the stories our members trust us with.
We’re building this slowly and properly, the way a real archive deserves — which means it’ll keep growing for as long as people keep having stories worth telling.
This is exactly the place for it. Join the community and tell us what happened — we’re listening.
