Template:CaseCTA
Renders the call-to-action strip at the bottom of a case page. This is a wrapper around {{CTA}} with case-page-appropriate defaults (a "submit a story" prompt and a Facebook Group link) — see {{CTA}} for the underlying template if you need a third button or want to change the box styling itself.
