The Grey Girl
Since the 1960s, a car park in Guildford town centre has been associated with sightings of a tall figure known as "the Grey Girl" — described as wearing long grey clothing, with grey eyes.

A 16th-century coaching inn on the High Street with a long-reported history of paranormal activity, including nuns seen on its staircases and voices calling guests' names. Actor Roger Moore has been reported, in previously published accounts, to have described witnessing a white, misty figure passing through his bedroom door while staying in Room 1.
The King's Head, Quarry Street
Local ghost tour guides describe the King's Head as arguably the most consistently reported haunted building in Guildford: an old woman reported watching patrons, a young girl in Victorian dress seen skipping through the pub, and dogs reported barking at a now-blocked former doorway.
The A3 phantom crash
On 11 December 2002, Surrey Police received multiple calls reporting a car accident on the A3 near Burpham. Officers found no trace of a recent crash at the reported site, but a search uncovered a car that had gone off the road roughly five months earlier, with the driver's remains still inside. Some witnesses and locals have since speculated the calls may have described some form of re-enactment of the original, undiscovered accident.
Silent Pool
A spring-fed lake near Shere in the Surrey Hills, associated with local legend of a woodcutter's daughter said to haunt the site. The area gained further public attention in 1926 when novelist Agatha Christie's abandoned car was found nearby during her widely publicised eleven-day disappearance.
